• Hotel pickup areas: Hotel pickup is available from most Patong, Karon, Kata, Rawai, Naitharn, Yacht Club, Ban Krating, Chalong, and Kalim Beach hotels.
• Extra transfer areas: Transfers from Ao Por, Bangtao, Kamala, Laguna, Layan, Surin, Naithon, Naiyang, Maikhao and airport areas incur an additional transfer charge of 500 THB per person.
• Pickup time: Your pickup will be scheduled 30 to 90 minutes before the booked tour start time.
• Public transport: There is no public transportation nearby, so hotel pickup or private transport is required.
• Minimum guests: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to operate.
• Age rules: Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the tour.
• Infant seating: Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are unavailable on this tour.

• Departure point: The departure point is the lobby of your Phuket hotel where your pickup has been confirmed.
