Getting started

Begin in Interlaken, where your van transport collects you from your pickup point for the drive up to the mountain and returns you to Interlaken after the experience. After meeting your expert English and French-speaking guide, you reach the cable car station and use your included cable car tickets to ride up to the start of the sled run. At the top, your guide hands out your wooden sled and headlamp and explains the route.

What to expect

Mountain sled run with Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau views

You arrive at the upper station as the light starts to soften over the Bernese Alps. This is where the sledding begins, with a long, easy run that winds through snowy forest on the way back down.

• Watch the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau turn pink at golden hour while you stand at the top of the run, then set off on your sled as the colors fade into dusk.
• Use your included wooden sled and headlamp for the descent, following your local bilingual English and French-speaking guide as they lead a small group of at most 8 guests along the track.

Interlaken fondue finale

At the end of the sled run you return by van transport to Interlaken. The evening then continues at a venue in town where you sit down together for a relaxed meal.
