Arrive at the Fenchurch Building, 1 Sky Garden Walk, and present your downloaded e-ticket and photo ID at the main entrance. After a security check and bag search, take the elevator up to the Sky Garden for your evening.

Access to the outdoor terrace/balcony is not permitted during this experience.

Children and anyone under 18 years old are not allowed; this experience is strictly for adults (18+).

Cash payments are not accepted at the venue; Sky Garden is a cashless venue.

Your e-ticket will be sent via WhatsApp and is available for download within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Tickets are only valid for the booked date and timeslot; all purchases are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferrable.

The Sky Garden balcony is closed every day after 6pm for security reasons.
