Important Information

• The park is open to people of all age groups.

• Wifi service and sockets for charging devices can be availed at the park for a price.

• Shuttle service is available at the park, on reservation only.

• Sunbeds can be rented at the park with a rental fee.

• Facilities: Car/camper/bus parking, motorbike parking, locker, showers, and changing tables.

Restrictions

• Animals are not allowed in the park.

• Glass containers, stoves, and barbecues are prohibited at the park.

• Entering the park with skates, bicycles, and skateboards is prohibited.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted close to or on the border of the pool, inside the attractions, or nearby.

• For the first Sunday of each month, until May 2023, the entrance ticket for the above-mentioned attractions will be available at a discounted rate.

• Entry to the attractions is subject to closure or modification in the event of strikes, holidays, shows, or other reasons outside the organizers' control. Check the opening hours here.

• Each attraction can be visited only once with the Verona Card.

• From October to March, the ticket to the Civic Museums costs 1€ on the first Sunday of the month.

• Please note: the Anfiteatro Arena will be open till 3pm on May 18. For further information check here to stay up to date with events and shows.

• Please note: The IAT Office (Tourist Information Point), where you can redeem your city card, has altered its opening hours until further notice. From 1st November, the office will be open from:

  • Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat: 9am to 5pm

  • Sun & Holidays: 9am to 4pm.

• Please note: The IAT Office will be closed on the days of:

  • Monday 14 November:

  • Sunday 25 December;

  • Sunday 1st January

  • Therefore it will be possible to collect the Verona Card only at the times specified above.

• Guests can visit the attractions covered during their respective operating hours anytime within 24 hours after the first validation of your City Card.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at each redemption point.
