The cruise was phenomenal, staff was amazing and very helpful and attentive to all the needs or concerns we might have had, but service on the app was not complicated to access and the app was also easy to navigate. I am very pleased and my experience and plan to use the service again soon. I highly recommend

The food was good, I loved the waffles . The grits and shrimp was great. I loved the music, the band did a great job. And I loved the boat had more levels.

The water was beautiful, the foood delicious, the music was great and the dialog along the trip was extremely informative and interesting. It was a great way to spend a lovely morning on a Sunday brunch trip!

Meal was delicious, music was wonderful & now I have some knowledge of the history of New Orleans & riverboats. The brunch cruise was a great way to relax & enjoy some aspects of the unique city of New Orleans.

Had a great time at the jazz brunch! The highlight was (of course) the live jazz. But the was pretty good - the standout dishes were the carved ham & the Creole creamed spinach. The staff were exceptional - everyone was truly committed to providing top level service! Want to go back for the dinner cruise.

We went for the Sunday brunch on the City of New Orleans. The brunch was excellent. It was a bit rainy and cool that day but it could be enjoyed inside as there were plenty of windows to take in the scenery.

The buffet food was good, service was amazing. The boat is incredible to wonder around but the Jazz band in the bar was the icing on the cake!!

Shirts and shoes are a must for all cruises. If you're joining the Dinner Jazz Cruise, opt for “dressy casual.” Skip the jeans and go for dress pants, a skirt, or a nice blouse. Guys, a collared shirt—button-down or polo—adds a polished touch.

This is a smoke-free cruise. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the boat, inside or out.

Additional Information

Due to varying bookings and private events, the Steamboat NATCHEZ may be replaced by the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS, which will operate on an alternating schedule until March 2026. Savor live jazz, sip on handcrafted cocktails, and take in unforgettable views from all four decks—especially the top.

Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure, so get there early for a relaxed check-in.

If you're 21 years or older, you can grab a beverage of your choice at the counter. Bring along your photo ID with birthdate, as required by Louisiana law.
