• Arrive 10 minutes before departure for exchange.

What's not allowed

• Dogs with a shoulder height of 50 cm or more are not permitted on board.

Accessibility

• Guests holding a Physical Disability Certificate, Aino Techo, Ryoiku Techo, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, or Atomic Bomb Survivor’s Health Handbook, along with one caregiver, are eligible for discounted fares. These tickets are not available online and must be purchased at the on-site ticket counter.

• Pet dogs in carriers may enter the cabin. Dogs on a leash or being held must remain on the open-air deck.

Additional information

• The boat departs every 30 minutes. If the boat reaches capacity, you will board the next available departure.

• In strong winds or severe weather, the service may run with a smaller vessel or be canceled for safety reasons.

• Infants aged 0 to 3 are admitted free of charge.
