Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Die Buchung war schnell und unkompliziert, und die Tickets haben während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts in Venedig problemlos funktioniert. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel flexibel nutzen konnten und dadurch viele schöne Orte gesehen haben. Alles war gut organisiert und einfach zu verstehen. Wir würden Headout jederzeit wieder nutzen und können den Service auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Bonjour, nous avons utilisé le pass ACTV 3 jours, il est trés pratique, il couvre tous les déplacements, terrestre, maritime (les + sympas). La validité démarre au premier transport, il permet la liaison vers Mestre FS, mais pas la liaison entre l'aeroport Marco Polo et Venise, à utiliser sans modération 🙂👍

Everything was great, it was easy to use the vaporetto never had to wait for it more than 5-10 minutes and we visited most of the islands around Venice, another good thing that we had bus pass as well so we didn't have to pay for the road back to our hotel in Maghera.

Der Service war sehr gut. Auf Anfrage im Support habe ich direkt Antwort bekommen. Angekommen in Venedig, half die Instruktion und alles klappte. Jetzt haben wir ein 7-Tage-Ticket und können unbelastet mit dem Vaporetto fahren.

Très bien et très pratique, j'aurais seulement souhaiter la présence sur chaque vaporetto d'un bandeau lumineux pour indiquer à chaque arrêt le nom de la station desservie.

This was the best way to travel around Venice and surrounding islands. I took the bus from the mainland into Venice and then the water taxis/boats to Murano and Burano. The only confusing part was where to get the actual physical ticket. I just purchased a 75 minute bus ticket to get me to Venice, made my way to where the train departs and redeemed my ticket there. I think once you get it from the machine it is validated or it may need to be scanned on the machine to get validated. After that it works at the boat and bus booths. I chose to ride the bus over taking the train since it goes to the city center and there was a bus station right outside of my hotel. Phone maps have also become really easy to read to show when the next transportation should be arriving. In most cases both the buses and water boats were within 5 minutes of their arrival time every time! Only one time did I have to wait for another water boat but it was nearing late afternoon and everyone was heading back to Venice.

Es war einfach, mit der über die online Buchung bereitgestellten PIN das Ticket am Automaten einzulösen. Die Anweisung wurde auch in deutscher Sprache angezeigt. Die Automaten stehen am Bahnhof in Venedig direkt am Wasser am Schiffsterminal. Man musste auch nicht warten, Ende August war es relativ leer.

Online Service und Automaten funktionieren gut. Allerdings wollte ich dann doch ein 7-Tages-Ticket und auf das 3-Tages-Ticket vor Ort aufzahlen, was nicht möglich ist: "Online-Ticket ist eine Sache, vor Ort kaufen eine andere - das kann man nicht kombinieren" wurde mir erklärt.

What's not allowed

Oversized luggage—each passenger can bring up to three pieces, with a total dimension limit of 150 cm.

Most Vaporetti and ACTV buses are wheelchair accessible, but some stops may have limited accessibility.

Assistance is available at designated ticket offices if needed.

Additional Information

Children under 6 years travel for free.

Please note that this is not a direct entry ticket. You need to present your voucher (containing your PNR code) at an ACTV ticket office or machine to collect your physical ticket before travel.

While pre-booking tickets saves you from long queues, ticket collection may take 5–15 minutes depending on queues.

The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 7 consecutive days from the first validation.

Redeem and activate your pass instantly at an ACTV automatic ticket machine or designated Points of Sale and Collection spots.

Tickets must be validated each time you board a Vaporetto or ACTV bus.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
