The people at the ship terminal were friendly and helpful. One driver at 1 pm at the stop 12 was very rude. He shouted at us that we were trying to board the wrong bus after we showed him we were on the Red/Green route. He slammed the door in our faces and drove off. Four of us waited a half hour and caught your next bus. It cost us a stop at an attraction.

Da die Sehenswürdigkeiten Helsinkis für mich in Marschdistanz waren, machte ich die ganze 1h30-Tour am Stück um eine Übersicht mit den entsprechenden Informationenn zu erhalten, was den Erwartungen entsprach. Auch die vom gleichen Anbieter dort angebotene Grosse Canalfahrt gefiel mir. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The sights and ability to get an overview of Helsinki. Only issue was with the technology I have getting a ticket that was scanable by the bus driver. We were taken to the main ticket stop and a valid ticket was issued for our use. Friendly and professional driver/sales people. Really enjoyed Helsinki.

I found it easy to book the hop on and hope off bus tour of Helsinki online. The stops were clear to see. I sat upstairs and could see everything well and the commentary was excellent, I chose English however there were so many languages to chose from, most were catered for. I really enjoyed the day.
