It was a lovely wag to see the wonderful sights of Keakiw from the river. The boat was comfortable with shade too if you wanted it & the commentary in English as well as Polish was very good as it explained the buildings we were passing. It was a relaxing trip on a very hot day, we loved it.

I loved the river trip, firstly taken out of the city where the river was quiet and then up into the city where key sites were pointed out and described.

We booked the river trip last minute and were not disappointed. The trip was great and very good value, where you see the city and sites along the river from a different perspective. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and more importantly the boat was very comfortable. Well worth doing.

We really enjoyed our cruise. The day was pleasant and sunny and the commentary was good and informative. But if you don't mind some suggestions: (1) please don't play music during the trip as it takes away from the experience. Most visitors like to quietly reflect on what they have learned on such a cruise and playing old Elvis Presley hits takes much away from the experience.(2)the boat "Helena" is a lovely vessel but is in desparate need of some upgrades and maintenance which would make the cruise an even better experience and (3) you may need to refine the booking experience as it was somewhat confusing and although we arrived early for our mid-day cruise, we were told that it would start five minutes late but that turned into twenty minutes with no explanation. It was not a problem for us but punctuality on the part of the operator means much to visitors. Hopefully, you can understand all of this but please be assured that we really enjoyed our cruise.

Das Wetter, bei 38 Grad, ohne Sonnenschutz auf dem Oberdeck! Hier sollte nachgebessert werden!!! Es gibt bessere Flüsse, denn am Ufer gibt es wenig interessante Dinge zu entdecken.

Le parcours est magnifique avec un depart face au château. La croisière est très bien organisée et les explications en français faciles a obtenir en scannant un simple QR Code. Les horaires sont respectés. Un bon moment de culture et de détente.
