Partake in a hands-on cooking class at Silom Thai Cooking School. The comprehensive class curriculum includes a range of Thai cuisine, including the creation of soups, appetizers, main courses, desserts, and the making of homemade curry paste - an essential of Thai cuisine.

The Process of Thai Cuisine

The afternoon class grants you an exclusive tour of a miniature herb garden, to learn about the various herbs used in Thai cooking. The evening class begins with a brief introduction to the fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices utilized in Thai cuisine. Indulge in the lunch or dinner, you have helped prepare at the end of the class.
