At first the qr received did not work. Also no other means of tickets were received. At the venue this method was unknown to them. Thanks to the good support of the venue we managed to get it. Secondly there is no lightshow as advertised. The whole lichtshow has already stopped months ago. So why advertise with this via headoit! Also there is no audio guide as this is not offered by the venue at all. The venue itself is quite small. It will take you max 10min to see all of it. So to summarise it has been a waste of money

As I stated in an email I sent, the ticket I was sold stated the Theodosius Cistern was open until 7:00 pm, and when we arrived at 6:30 pm and tried entering the Cistern, a lady informed us there was a private event at the place and that security should not have even allow us to enter. That the place was rented for the whole day. Another person told us it had closed at 5:00 pm. Either way, I was sold tickets THAT COULD NOT BE USED!! I want a refund
