You travel by boat from the harbor to the manta ray viewing area off the Kona coast, arriving after sunset. The experience focuses on watching these animals glide and feed in the light, either from the water or from the boat, according to your chosen option.

Features

In-water snorkeling with manta rays is available as an option for guests who want to be in the ocean, while the boat ride-along, no snorkeling option lets you stay on the vessel and still watch the action on the surface.

Snorkeling gear, a jacket-style wetsuit top, and a flotation device are provided so in-water guests can stay warm, comfortable, and supported while observing manta rays at night.

An expert guide is in the water or on the deck to assist, and a professional guide on board provides live commentary on the manta rays and the marine environment throughout the outing.

Light refreshments, including snacks and bottled water, are available on the boat, so you can refuel between watching the mantas and the return ride back to the harbor.
