La tournée était bonne. Les jeux et simulations étaient intéressants, sachant que les étapes dans les jeux ne fonctionnaient pas. En revanche, les équipes doivent améliorer leur comportement en y ajoutant un peu de patience, de sourire et d'empathie avec les visiteurs étrangers. Nous avons l'impression qu'ils veulent rapidement balancer les instructions et finir dès que possible, parfois avec un regard moqueur en cas d'incompréhension.

Begin your experience at the Atlético de Madrid Stadium's Paseo Comercial entrance, where your ticket is validated for direct entry. After a quick security check, you’re free to explore at your own pace, all with zero time spent in a ticket line.

What to expect

Atlético de Madrid Stadium & Museum

Explore one of Europe’s most modern football stadiums, home to Atlético de Madrid, and dive into over a century of club history in the interactive museum.

Features:

First team areas: Walk through the players’ tunnel, visit the home team’s locker room, and sit in the dugouts, just like match day stars.

Press room: Step into the space where players and team manager Cholo Simeone address the media after every game.

Presidential box: Access the stadium’s most exclusive area and enjoy panoramic views of the pitch from its plush seats.

Interactive museum: Engage with Atlético’s story since 1903 via touchscreens, VR headsets, projectors, and interactive games that put you at the heart of the action.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Club members must bring their ID (or family book for minors) to access member discounts.

Non-members must provide proof of children’s age (ID or family book) to access applicable discounts.

What’s not allowed

Calling out to players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is strictly prohibited; violation may result in exclusion from the experience without compensation.

Late arrivals may be denied entry due to stadium security protocols; refunds are not accepted.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium for security reasons. However, the museum has lockers where you can store bags or baby strollers.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

If you have mobility limitations, please contact atletitour@atleticodemadrid.com in advance to arrange your visit.

You can carry your baby stroller into the stadium, but keep in mind that access to some areas will involve stairs.

Additional information

The experience may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons; if this occurs, you will be offered a ticket exchange for another day.

During June and July, access to some parts of the stadium will be limited due to events. However, you can still access the museum.

You can purchase a bilingual audio guide at the venue for immersive commentary on the stadium, museum, and the club's history.

Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

Club member discounts are personal and non-transferable.

The stadium and museum tours are each one hour.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
