What to bring

• Large or bulky items that cannot fit in luggage compartments are not allowed on the bus.

• Board at the underground Level -2 of Istanbul Airport Terminal, accessible via elevators and escalators from arrivals and departures​.

• The drop-off point in Fatih is at S. Ahmet Ispark near Sultanahmet, approximately 400 meters from major landmarks​.

• You can carry one small piece of hand luggage with dimensions 45 x 36 x 20 cm. Any luggage larger than these dimensions must be stored in the luggage rack at the bottom of the outside of the bus.

• Flexible tickets allow you to board any departure on your booked day if you miss your scheduled bus​.

• Infants aged 2 and under travel free with a paying adult​.

• Children aged 3 and above are charged at adult rates​.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
