Adventure in Zermatt

We went early, queued before it opened & had the best views without the crowds - absolutely stunning! Wonderful seeing all the different peaks from up there along with climbers heading further up. I don't necessarily agree with the need to ski in August but some were being pulled up (& down!) by snow mobiles - spoilt the tranquility really. The ice caves were something else, wow! The sculptures were amazing! Worth every penny (even the 2chf to use the loo, which you get back if you buy anything even a coffee)

We booked a tour because we were afraid that it would be difficult to navigate on our own. The tour was cancelled, so we bought the cable car tickets online. How fortunate for us that the tour was cancelled! The cable car was so easy to use, and we saved a lot of money by booking ourselves. We were able to spend the day at our leisure, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend booking this on your trip to Zermatt.

Incredible views, astonishing engineering of cable cars, seamless changing at platforms. Stunning ice tunnels and sculptures. Loved it!

The views in both places were stupendous and it was comfortably cool (during a heatwave in Europe). I had to drag my wife down from Gornergrat as she could see 6 glaciers there simultaneously

Everything. Headout's ticketing system made the day very easy. No queues, no hassles at all. The scenery on both the Glacier Paradise Cable Car and the Gornergrat Railway was astonunding. Unforgettable. One of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. Many thanks, Nick

The excursion to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend going BUT remember to take your time when walking/climbing stairs...your at almost 13,000 feet above sea level at the top!! Using this website to purchase tickets was fine BUT I was never able to see the actual tickets that the confirmation email from Headout sent me. They also sent me a message via WHATAPP with a link to "view tickets" but it didn't work. Fortunately, I could show my confirmation code at the Zermatt lift station and was given my lift pass to use for the day.
