What's not allowed

Restricted items: Outside food and beverages, large bags, weapons, and alcohol are not permitted inside the park.

Prohibited accessories and animals: Selfie sticks, monopods, and pets are not allowed; service animals are permitted.

Inappropriate clothing: Clothing displaying offensive or inappropriate words, phrases, or graphics is prohibited.

Loose belongings: Loose items cannot be taken into certain ride queues or onto rides. Secure phones, keys, wallets, and other small items in cargo or zippered pockets, or leave them with a non-rider or in a locker before entering the queue.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access: The experience is wheelchair accessible.

Service animals: Service animals are welcome inside the park.

Ride restraint requirements: Manufacturer-designed ride safety systems are built around guests of average physical stature and proportions and may limit access for some riders.

Individual restrictions: Guests who are significantly larger or smaller in size, pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have certain heart, back or neck conditions, casts, braces, restrictive devices, or disabilities may not be safely accommodated on some rides.

Ticket exclusions: Fright Fest add-ons, Fast Lane, drinks and dining deals, cabana rentals, parking, and Picture Pass are not included.

Online purchase: This is an online-only ticket and cannot be purchased at the park.
