We had a wonderful experience at the Singapore Zoo, especially as a family traveling with a baby. The zoo is extremely baby-friendly, with stroller-friendly paths, nursing rooms, and many thoughtful facilities for parents. The environment is clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with no strong animal odors, which made our visit very pleasant. The tram service connects different zones, making it easy to get around without feeling tired. There is also a children’s playground where kids can release energy and fully enjoy themselves. Food options are reasonably priced and surprisingly tasty. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable visit, and we would happily return again in the future. It is an ideal destination for families with young children visiting Singapore again.

The zoo itself was nice, I recommend going either very early or later in the day because the animals were less active during the afternoon. It also was somewhat confusing to figure your way around the zoo as there were lots of side pass that aren't marked on the maps, which are fun. If you have time to get lost, but not if you're trying to make sure you hit certain animals. I also think it's somewhat ingenuous that head out called this ticket, " with tram ride" as everyone can jump on the tram. You don't need a special ticket for it. There was cheaper pricing on other sites. I just couldn't get the sites to process. At the end of the day. The price wasn't that much different from what the zoo offered.

I chose the Headout special for Singapore Zoo because it offered better-value combo tickets, mobile entry, and included tram/shuttle options that made the visit smoother and less tiring. The highlights were the easy, queue-free entry with e-tickets, convenient tram rides around the large grounds, and spending time near the free-ranging orangutans and other animals in naturalistic rainforest-style habitats, which created the most memorable moments of the day.
    • Explore zones like Wild Africa, Orangutan Island, and Primate Kingdom at Singapore Zoo—home to 4,200+ animals including crocodiles, orangutans, and Malayan tigers. Includes a tram ride.
    • Discover Asia’s largest bird park, Bird Paradise, where you’ll meet 3,500+ birds from 400 species. Enjoy fun presentations, participate in feeding sessions and explore walk-through aviaries.
    • Perfect for families with kids, nature enthusiasts, and anyone looking for an enriching day with animals.
    • Fun fact: Singapore Zoo’s Fragile Forest biodome recreates a rainforest so accurately that it supports free-roaming ring-tailed lemurs, two-toed sloths and more!

Beautiful zoo, surrounded by nature with animals placed in natural habitats with ample space and not in cages. Excellent internal shuttle service and pleasant route. The butterfly corner is not exceptional. The animal show in English is entertaining... There are no guides in Italian.
