The meeting point shown on the tickets and on the booking was wrong. We saw that there was no one there and ran to the ticket office of the provider. They just changed the pier number manually on our tickets. All the rest was good... But what if it did not occur to us to start running and searching for their ticket office? What if we kept waiting at the meeting point shown on the tickets?!...
