Did the bus & boat combo on a Friday with my partner – worth it for sure but bring patience. The green line is chill but the red was sooo packed, we had to stand the first two stops. I liked how easy it was to switch between lines but wish the headphones worked better (mine was crackly). We loved the boat trip, got to see the city from a totally different angle! Our driver, Marcus, was super friendly and helped us get to the right stop for Tivoli. Would do it again but maybe not in peak summer.

Buses are nice and clean. Did the green line for Carlsberg stop, which was legit the main reason for going. Waited a bit longer than I liked (think the driver was on break?), but overall, chill ride and good way to see the city if you only have a day or two. Would skip the headphones, didn’t learn much from the audio after the first 10 mins.

Took my two kids (7 and 10) and they LOVED sitting up top! The staff were super patient, even when my youngest kept asking when we’d see the Little Mermaid statue. We did the combo with the boat, and omg, the boat was a HIT. Bring snacks though—kids got hangry. Would totally recommend for families, just be ready for crowds.

Booked the bus for my wife’s birthday trip. Loved the upper deck—sunny, breezy, EPIC views. Didn’t mind the crowds since we just hopped off at less busy stops. Got some cool photos by the harbor. Headphones were meh, but we mostly chatted and enjoyed the ride.

Travelled with my bestie. Bus was easy to find at the main station, but the stops aren’t always obvious elsewhere (tip: look for the little red sign, not the big one). Super convenient for getting around without stress. Boat add-on is a YES—best river pics!

Accessibility

Most of the buses are wheelchair accessible. However, the spaces accommodate only one wheelchair at a time, measuring up to 70 cm wide, 120 cm long, and 135 cm high.

Keep in mind there’s a small staircase leading down to the boat entrance.
