We had booked for 6pm, but we were put on another boat 20 minutes later (and with the cold at this time of year, that's important!). On board we were warm and offered a drink, the prices are reasonable and it was very good, we also had the opportunity to go outside to enjoy the view. Apart from this little hiccup, it was very good - I recommend it!

It was a lovely boat and we were easily able to get seats with a table downstairs with full length glass windows to see out of. There was waiter service for us to buy drinks which made the experience very pleasant. We enjoyed taking the cruise in the evening and looking at the illuminated buildings. It was a bit difficult to hear the audio guide due to people chatting and enjoying themselves.

There was no presentation or explanation of the trip, we could not understand what we were seeing and in what direction we were traveling. In the room complete darkness and no indication of where to download the audio guides. Not a very positive experience
