It wasn’t my first boat trip on the Rhine, but it was my best one. It started with the fact that, as a person with a disability using a wheelchair, I was allowed to board first. Throughout the trip, the service provided by the staff at BNord was very friendly and attentive. The coffee and cake were delicious (the cake tasted just like Mom used to make). The commentary on the sights on both sides was well-presented. All in all, an impressive trip.

Despite the 40°C outside temperature, the cruise was very pleasant. We sat on the upper deck, where we were in the shade thanks to a sunshade. The lower deck was air-conditioned. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend the castles and palaces tour.

The ride was wonderful! The team was super friendly, the commentary was excellent and easy to hear over the loudspeakers, and the views were spectacular. A truly wonderful outing!
