What to bring

• Bags: Large luggage, suitcases, and oversized bags are not allowed on board; only a purse or backpack is permitted.

• Strollers: Strollers, prams, and buggies are not allowed on the boat, but you may park them at the ticket house and are advised to bring a lock.

• Pets: Dogs and other pets are not permitted on board.

• Smoking: Smoking and vaping, including e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited on the boat.

• Activities: Jumping into the water or swimming from or around the boat is not allowed for safety reasons.

• Intoxication: Intoxicated guests are not allowed on board, and the tour may be ended at any time if reckless behavior or signs of intoxication are observed.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair: The boat is not wheelchair accessible, and there are steep steps for boarding and disembarking, making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure at Ved Stranden 26, pier 3, in the city center.

• No stops: The tour has no stops or hop-on/hop-off options.

• Drinks: Water, soft drinks, and beer are available for purchase on board.

• Roof: The boat has a roof that can be pulled up in case of rain.

• Guide languages: The live-guided tour is available in English and Danish.
