The lady at the entrance, who pointed out to the visitors with a tablet with the current pictures of the Livecam that the view is very very bad due to fog with the reference to rebooking. I think that's super fair 👍 We didn't use it, but I think that's tourist-oriented. Very open, very friendly person, actually all the staff on site in general. Super. The fact that I was down again after what felt like 5 minutes is a personal problem (claustrophobia and fear of heights just don't fit), but I can only rate it TOP.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad that day. But no problem, we could exchange the tickets without any problems. So the next day the weather was great for the TV tower and we were able to go up. It was wonderful and nostalgic. We were still children the last time we were up there so soon after reunification. But at that time I was afraid of the height. Not this time. I enjoyed my birthday to the full with my husband. Thank you

Very easy to book a slot time on line and the entrance process was very simple. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your visit a good one. The lift to the top is an experience... make sure you loon up, thats all I'll say. The views from the tower are fantastic and on a sunny day they will be even better. Great value for money. The TV Tower is a must

Below deck, the view of the sights is somewhat limited but the ship turns twice so you can see everything no matter which side you are on. I would still recommend finding a spot on deck to get the best view. Even if it means you have to wrap yourself up like an Eskimo in winter.

The Berlin TV Tower was a phenominal experience. The 360 degree view really helps to understand Berlin. The process of getting in is very efficient and quick. All staff that I interacted with were extrememly polite and helpful. I would recommend to anyone visiting Berlin, that they should do this. Gordon, Idaho, US

Everything was almost perfect: smart guide, lively and humorous live commentary, heated boat in winter, clean toilets, good service. Unfortunately, the ladies in the service at the back disturbed the announcements almost continuously by talking loudly with acquaintances they had met.a pity.otherwise highly recommended.
    • Experience Berlin from two contrasting vantage points: 368 meters above the city and from the River Spree, all in one value-packed combo ticket.

    • Relax as you set sail on the River Spree, once a historic trade route and now a symbol of a unified Germany, while taking in cultural landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag.

    • Learn about Berlin’s rich history with a multilingual audio guide and onboard commentary as you pass iconic sights such as the House of World Cultures and Bellevue Palace.

    • Then head up to Berlin's tallest building and admire the same landmarks from the 203-meter observation deck, offering unrivaled views of the city.

    • Fun fact: The Berlin TV Tower was originally planned to be just 130 meters tall and located in a different area, Müggelberge. Today, it stands proudly at 368 meters, offering some of the most photo-worthy views of Berlin.

The overall experience to get the boat is dramatic First the site gives you an address. Then the ticket gives you another one for meeting point. Then the real boarding location is a third one. Luckily we managed to get on the boat - it wasn't the same for some people that ended up late. Then to get your ticket, instead of a simple pdf on an email, you need to download an app, register into it to finally see your ticket Overall very poor way of making it work

As a Berlin native, I’ve been on quite a few tours, but this one was definitely the best. The boat was beautiful, the crew was incredibly friendly and kind, and the guide was great. He spoke loudly and clearly, and everyone listened to him with interest. He did a fantastic job of conveying the information to the audience. It was a pleasure to listen to him.
