On vacation in Berlin with my husband, we decided to spend the third day of our stay visiting the Berlin TV Tower. We booked tickets online for 10:00 AM, so we arrived and went right in without waiting in line (even considering it was the end of October). I have to say there were more people than I imagined, but it was truly a wonderful experience that I highly recommend. I took tons of photos and was as thrilled as a little kid—it was truly amazing!

Booking online was super easy, but I couldn't see the tickets in the app. Customer support responded super quickly, though, and sent me the QR codes by email. Admission was 15 minutes before the scheduled visit time. Everything went smoothly, and the view in good weather was great. Unfortunately, it was very crowded inside the tower and you had to wait a bit to enjoy the view from all sides. Great experience.

Entry was straightforward. Ticket scanning worked offline without any issues. Wait times around 11:00 AM are unavoidable due to security checks and bag inspections. The view from the observation deck was gorgeous, and the weather was great. Around 12:00 PM it gets very crowded, and the throng of people is unpleasant. It’s better to arrive very early.
