A beautiful cruise, first up the Rhine and then down the Rhine, past the Kranhäuser and the Old Town with Cologne Cathedral. Great lounge music and delicious wine. The weather was perfect. We spent our honeymoon in Cologne, and this tour was the perfect finishing touch.

"Cologne City Rhine River Evening Cruise with Lounge Music & DJ" That was the type of ticket and at the boat ticket counter they also confirmed that there will be food onboard . None of this turned out to be true No lunge music , no DJ , the trip started about 40 mins late !!!!!!! all the while making the poeple stand in queue ( including elderly people and moms with infants ) . Once onboard the boat it was informed that there is only drinks on board nothing else . The cruise itself was beautiful and uneventful but the logistics around this makes this one a pass . I will not recommend this to anyone , even if you were to pay a bit more you will atleast have good music and DJ and food during the cruise .

Make sure you're there early to get a table because those on tables are the only people to get served by the waitresses. Regardless of the fact everyone on that boat has paid the same amount to be on there. The waitress told us rudely that I had to go to the bar as she had several other tables to serve, then proceeded to serve the German couple sat on the seats next to us. We waited at the bar for 30 minutes and service was so slow that it put a dampener on the whole thing. 1 person serving slowly and 1 person making drinks for the waitresses for those lucky early birds who got tables. Wouldn't return. Views were nice though

The cruise was very pleasant until the staff have attitude over my wife having a hearing impairment. Totally ruined the mood of the whole trip. The tickets bought from Headout did not work with the system used at the dock. Will not return again.
