The experince exceded our expectations, we had lot's of fun the crew did an amazing job from the time we got our tickets to the time we left. This was such a special experience having my newly married wife with me on your dinner cruise. The wait staff was remarkable along with the 3 course meal and the great wine and not to mention the DJ! To top it off, the make up of the fireworks from the 4th of July was sensational. The touch of elegance at the end of the evening, with the chocolate chip cookies were absolutely delicious and we will return for a third trip next year. Thank you again🙏

We were serviced by Tywan, section 1001. He was the best server i have ever had. Other staff were friendly swell. This was a wonderful experience, with a beautiful scenery. The only thing that was crazy was the big ass spiders but other than that it was wonderful.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to experience the cruise. We arrived exactly at 8:00 PM, the stated departure time, but boarding was already closed and the boat was preparing to leave. While they recommend arriving 30 minutes early, it would be much more customer-friendly to clearly state a final boarding deadline or allow at least a short grace period. At least three other couples arrived just 3–5 minutes after us and were also unable to board. What made the situation worse was the cruise operator’s attitude. The staff was rude and unwilling to even listen to us, simply shouting and gesturing that the boat was leaving. On the other hand, Headout’s support was good when we called them. They were extremely helpful and understanding and offered us a refund. While our experience with the cruise operator was terrible, Headout’s customer service was outstanding.

The night started out rainy with more thunderstorms predicted and rough waves. The stage was set for a not so desirable evening. Once we boarded the ship out spirits were high and excited about celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The food was good and most importantly the staff had amazing upbeat attitudes. As the boat was rocking on some rough waves some of the staff was dancing with the rock of the ship, it was smooth like some real movie scene type of vibe. During dinner the rain began and it cleared up just in time for the fireworks which we just splendid. The crew opened up the top deck as the fireworks began an all guest were able to take some stunning pictures of the skyline and the fireworks. We had a great t8me and recommend this cruise.

My best friend and I celebrated my Birthday on Odyssey Dinner cruise with fireworks! We had the plated dinner tickets. The night was perfect. Got to Navy Pier early. Got our physical tickets from the booth. Got some delicious frozen drinks while we waited to board. Boarding was flawless. We were escorted to our table. Our waiter Sam was amazing. Food was great! 3 course meal. Steak and potatoes topped with gravy was so good! The DJ was great! He even walk by all the tables who were celebrating an occasion to shout them out. Lots guests on the dance floor. The fireworks was amazing. We felt like VIP the whole night. We were having a good time that the night went by so fast.
