I loved our guide Sabrina. She was very nice and funny and explained everything very well. The driver Ilja did a great job as well and sailed us trough the canals of Amsterdam. Excellent experience, the only downside was the inconvenience of having to wait an hour because the boat on our schedule did not pass. But then Noah, the tour guide, was very courteous and to apologize, in agreement with the company, we were offered unlimited drinks. All in all it was a good experience.

It was a rainy evening but the captain was so nice with the kids. The cruise was wonderful at 6 PM,. We loved this so soecial evening and the Lights of Amsterdam at 6 pm from Catherine with her 5 grandkids thank you to the captain

Children up to and including 2 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 3 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults.

The boats are partially covered in case of rainy weather.

A boat with a roof is used in case of rain, but if bad weather comes unexpectedly, the boat cannot be modified anymore. For open boats, umbrellas are available. In case of a storm, your safety and comfort will always remain guaranteed.

A fairly big step has to be made into some boats; stewards will assist with this.
