Lovely trip. Too bad we first had to wait 3 hours for tickets, the chatbot is terribly bad from headout and also the employee from headout was not really helpful. When we finally got the tickets in the app, headout's app was not working properly. Fortunately, it was all sorted out by the employee of the boat tour itself.
