We had so much fun seeing the whales up close. It was a memorable experience because we saw a mum and its calf. The whales are everywhere. The crew were also amazing, plus the buffet was great.

The access we had to viewing everything and the host was very good and informative throughout the trip. And I was interviewed with the 7 news while we're on whale watching

My wife and I really enjoyed our Vivid Sydney Glass Boat Dinner Cruise.
Our cruise was not fully booked, which meant that we were able to enjoy the experience without it being too crowded.
Staff we friendly; food available for dinner was very nice; and the actual cruise experience to see the Vivid lights was wonderful.
I am in awe of the captain being able to bring Bella Vista into a dock not much wider that the ship itself.
Our only 'negative' feedback would be that when passengers are asked to arrive 15 minutes before departure, we shouldn't still be sitting at the dock 20 minutes after departure time waiting to leave - if guests can't be on time, leave them behind. I was so disappointed to see people arriving at 6.15 and still being allowed to board.

The Glass boat was fabulous, food good, the biggest problem was finding the location. Where to board, my directions were King St Wharf, the problem was there were 26 piers over around a 2klm stretch. It would have been very handy to get a pier number. Needed to ring Headout and even then seemed to have problems sourcing the correct pier. Very frustrating and luckily I arrived early, and the boat left around 15min late.

Great day out, good info coming through the headphones about the local history of each area as we passed through. Get on and off at any stop you like. Nth Bondi RSL for lunch was yummo.

Very well organized. Quick response to questions by email.
Efficient and friendly staff at route n*1. Interesting trip. Only downside: I couldn't hear the audio guide very well on the bus. Pleasant Captain Cook cruise, even more beautiful at 7:30 p.m.

An iconic treat for visitors to Sydney.
Provides an immersive, luxurious experience showcasing Sydney's magnificent harbour.
Try for a weekday lunch, as it is less busy.

The food was absolutely delicious 😋. The choice of food was excellent and I enjoyed using the QR code to order our drinks. I looked the name of the wine I choose The Fat Bastard .It added to the fun of the experience. We were on table 144 and Vanessa who served us was exceptional. She was so lovely, friendly and respectful. Vanessa was the cream on the top of an amazing experience.
