What to bring

• According to the Alcázar regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

• After booking, you will receive an activation link to access the audio tour in a separate email. Please ensure you have enough storage space (100 to 150 MB) to download it.

• The audio guide can be downloaded on smartphones with Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS (version 15.0 and later).

• Note that internet access might be unavailable and mobile signal may be weak inside the monument. It is recommended to download the mobile app and your audio tour on your smartphone prior to your visit.

• The venue may not have smartphone charging facilities. Please ensure you charge your phone before your visit.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.

• It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, and works of art.

• Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Re-entry is not possible.

Accessibility

• Your guide dogs therapy/assistance animals with medically-issued certificates are welcome at the venue.

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.

• Your skip-the-line tickets will grant you expedited entry, but please note that you'll still need to queue up for security screening.

• Please be advised that entry may be subject to a short wait, as access is scheduled at 30-minute intervals.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
