The Royal Alcazar of Seville is an absolute 'must do' experience!!! Our tickets allowed us to take our time, and we spent hours exploring the palaces and gardens. There is so much art, history and a melding of cultures everywhere you look, it's almost overwhelming for the senses! Fortunately, the gardens have many peaceful nooks to sit and collect your thoughts for a moment. There are many rooms, hallways, courtyards... a lot to see (and easy to miss some if you don't use the free audio guide). I found the audio a little disorienting (confusing directions), but was good to use for each area we visited to get the full picture, and to check that we hadn't missed anything... I nearly missed t he baths! Much bigger than it seems from the outside, be sure to allow plenty of time for the Alcazar. The cathedral and Tower visit was a bonus - not too hard to climb the tower (it's all a ramp until the final 17 steps) for the fantastic 360 degree views - including of the Alcazar.

With the combo ticket, we were able to visit the Cathedral and the Alcázar of Seville without going to the ticket office. Security checks to enter are strict (metal detectors, documents, and tickets in hand), so you can't really call it a true "skip-the-line," but the wait times are acceptable. Pay attention to the queues because it's not very clear; ask the staff. Inside the Cathedral and the Alcázar, the tour route and explanatory panels are practically non-existent, so prepare a bit before entering by looking at the map and reading a tourist guide, or get the audio guides. Additionally, included in the ticket, you can also visit the Church of El Salvador, not far from the Cathedral, within two days of using the ticket.

Busy location, so really important you get in the right line, and know where you're going. All the information was available through this company and easy to follow. We arrived on time and got in the right line. The venue is extraordinary with so much to see and understand to get the full experience you need to have either a Guide or audio otherwise you will miss a great deal. Don't forget to look up, as so much of the detail is above your head, be prepared to wait in a room after everyone else has gone to experience the sound, of water or the stillness. The truly amazing and inspiring building.

Our visit to the Alcázar was absolutely amazing! Buying the Fast Track Access tickets was the best decision we made. As you can see from the photo I took at the entrance, the regular queue was incredibly long and moving very slowly. Thanks to our priority tickets, we skipped the entire line and saved so much time, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful palaces and gardens without stress. The architecture is breathtaking and the whole experience was smooth and well-organized. I highly recommend upgrading to the fast track option to anyone planning to visit!

It was 4:15 p.m. No wait to get in. Quick security checks. A very enjoyable visit. The Cathedral is magnificent. Perhaps a few more informational signs wouldn’t have hurt. The Giralda, although the climb was long, wasn’t too tiring and was definitely worth it for the beautiful view. The Alcázar is magnificent—and just as vast. A wonderful visit to a stunning city.

When we arrived, I showed our reservation to the woman at the entrance, who printed our tickets for us. The tour was spectacular—the gardens were beautiful, there were so many incredible details, and both the exhibition and the apartment were absolutely wonderful. We went right when it opened to take advantage of the cool morning air, and we were glad we did—we spent three wonderful hours there.
