What's not allowed

Nami Island

• Due to venue restrictions, pets more than 15kg and without a leash cannot tag along on this experience.
• Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Rottweiler, are not allowed on Nami Island.
• Personal bicycles, bicycles with electric motors, and battery-powered vehicles are not allowed.
• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

Gapyeong Begonia Bird Park

• Pets are not allowed inside the park.

• This experience is accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers.
• Wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge and strollers can be rented for KRW 3,000.
• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

• Wait outside the pick-up point as the guides will not go into lobbies or stores to look for you.
