We were well looked after by the Headout team. Initial support until the tour was a little complicated due to the date being a local holiday. But the team got in touch and suggested changing the date and everything went well. The DMZ tour was packed with information and history. The transportation, the guide and the places visited were all incredible.Matthew

Katie, our tour guide was amazing! She was funny, quirky and so knowledgeable about the DMZ and Korea's history! Some of the memorable moments was the observatory, the 3rd tunnel and the overall efficiency of the whole experience. We stayed in an Airbnb so we met at Anguk Station Exit 1 which was conveniently close. Katie was on WhatsApp and responded very quickly to our questions and requests. Amy Park, was messaging me prior to the excursion to solidify pick up and even helped me with information to catch an early flight out next day. Great service overall! 10/10Sarina

We like the trip alot. After I didn't get any message until the late afternoon before the trip, I texted them and got a response right away. We settled the pick up point and the next day Jane arrived. The trip was great, we were given alot of pre-up historical informations before entering the DMZ. The atmosphere was great and everyone was having a good time. It's a big group, so we were travelling with like 35 people or so. The group was devided in 2 leaders so it was alright. The weather was great, so we could see to North Korea. It was a really impressive and intresting tour! There was not much waiting time and we came back to Seoul around the estimated time. I totall recommend this tour!
Ever wondered what it's like to stand at the edge of the world's most heavily fortified border? This tour takes you deep into the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), a buffer zone separating North and South Korea, for a look at history frozen in time.
Echoes of War and Whispers of Hope
Your first stop is Imjingak Park, a place where the weight of history hangs heavy. Here, you'll see the bullet-scarred Freedom Bridge, a poignant reminder of the 1000s of prisoners of war who walked to freedom across its span in 1953.
Next, venture 73 meters underground into the Third Infiltration Tunnel. This secret passage, stretching over 1.6 km long, was discovered in 1978 and stands as a testament to the ongoing tensions between the two Koreas.
Head to the Dora Observatory, where you can peer across the border using powerful telescopes. You'll see Kijong-dong, a surreal "Propaganda Village" in North Korea, complete with a massive 160-meter flagpole and meticulously crafted facades hiding empty buildings.
Stop at the Unification Village, a unique farming community located within the DMZ. Here, you can shop for intriguing souvenirs like North Korean liquor and DMZ memorabilia, knowing that your purchases contribute to a good cause – the education of North Korean defectors
