DMZ Full-Day Tour with Suspension Bridge Visit

We absolutely loved the tour. Our guide, Katie, was especially amazing. She shared so much interesting information, was incredibly enthusiastic, and genuinely cared about every guest. She really made the experience extra special. It was fascinating to visit the border between North and South Korea. We also really enjoyed the walk to the suspension bridge, which was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go on the day we had originally booked because of military activity at the border, so we went the following day instead. The weather was much less pleasant that day, which was a bit disappointing. However, the tour itself was still fantastic, and we would highly recommend it.

We had a great day with Heather. A very enthusiastic cheerful guide, that kept the group engaged throughout the day. She checked on everyone regularly and had a terrific memory for names. Communication was good throughout prior to pickup information was given. The day ran smoothly and we had plenty of time at each of the stops. We did not feel rushed at all. Lots of information was given but in a way that did not overwhelm. We would highly recommend the company and Heather has excellent English and made the day fun, we did not find it a hard phyiscal day neither did the rest of our group.

The tour was amazing, pur tour guide Jay made every stop and the bus drive both funny and interesting. Lewrni g about the history and seeing wverything cant be described with words. If you book this tour be ready to walk a little but its very worth it. And if you get Jay as your tour guide you are in good hands, you will lesrn aomething and have fun.

We had Happy Sam for the day and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the whole conflict and history and was very fun en proactive. He made our perfect day and would recommend him.

I had the amazing opportunity to have guide Dennis through the whole tour. He provided very good, detailed and interesting details into the DMZ, Korean War history and also ongoing problems in the Korean society. The whole day was very enjoyable and energy was up! The tour provides good views of the mountains and fields outside the big city of Seoul. Except for the lunch and souvenirs, no additional costs were present and the tour is definitely worth the fee when booking. The groups aren’t that big, so there were no issues with hearing or keeping up. Everyone were free the keep at their own pace and be in the moment. Some moments can get quite dark and scary to think of, but understanding the history can help us with the future and prevention. The tour is for anyone who would like to see more of Korean nature and smaller villages, but also learn more about the history and political status of the country they are visiting. Definitely the information depends on the guide, but as mentioned above PLK Travel guide Dennis was perfect. He didn’t provide only basic history book information but also additional stories, that gave so much more meaning to the tour. Thank you again handsome Dennis 🤣😌
