The zoo is very beautiful; despite the heat, we saw animals... Lots of trees provide shade, and there were plenty of water stations and plenty of places to eat and drink something good at a reasonable price. It was very hot in the Desert House, but it’s filled with lots of plants—namely cacti—and has fewer animals. There are also a few playgrounds for kids. A visit is definitely recommended, and the park is easily accessible by subway.....

I mistakenly rated this five stars. I want to change it to a 2. It was extremely difficult to find the starting point for the train ride. When we finally found it, one train had a flat tire and the other train had no audio. We waited for a train with audio then at the first picture opportunity stop, the driver dropped us off and said there will be a train coming in ten minutes to finish the tour. The train that picked us up was a twenty minutes beyond the 10 minutes we were promised and this was the train with no audio!

Me and my daughter we have had a great time. Your ZOO is fabulous. Clean, big, animals are gorgeus. We have not seen just adult animals but also babies. Baby elephant has been so cute 🥰 We have had a beautiful day and really have enjoyed it. Highly recommended to all visitors. Individuals and families 👍🏻👏🏻😊

A very nice zoo, with plenty of greenery and clean grounds, offering a cool retreat on hot summer days. The ongoing renovations in certain areas have not disrupted the zoo experience. As for dining options, there’s something for everyone there.
