Lo trovo molto comodo come servizio per avere un'idea iniziale delle principali cose da vedere nella città. Lo uso ad ogni nuovo posto che visito. Questa volta però, nel pacchetto che ho acquistato per Parigi (BigBus + Crociera nella Senna), nella mappa del tour scaricata dal Vostro sito HeadOut era previsto un tour con 2 linee: una ROSSA ed una BLU. Ma abbiamo scoperto poi sul posto che la linea BLU era sospesa. Per avere poi il biglietto della crociera mi sono dovuto recare all'ufficio principale perché non sono riusciti a convalidarlo dall'autobus. Non penso comprerò ancora pacchetti sul sito Headout per informazioni poco precise.

There is only one place on the bigbus rout where you cam get the actual ticket for the bus, that's the bigbus office, it wasn't clear and took time to find out. There is no blue line, just the red one (according to the mail we recieved there are two lines). And, no one at the big bus office told us that the document we recieved there is the bus ticket but not the ticket for the boat. So, we waited in a long line twice, once just to realize we have to go somewhere else to get the actual ticket. But, the buses are great, the boat was exellent and paris is beautifull, so it was still a good experience.
