What to bring

• Bring a valid ticket, either digital or printed, to gain entry. Reservations alone are not sufficient.

• If you are using a student ticket, make sure to carry a valid student ID.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags and suitcases are not allowed inside the venue.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied; unaccompanied minors are not permitted.

Accessibility

• SEA LIFE Brighton is fully wheelchair accessible.

• Accessible entry is available via the beach underpass, using the ramp down to the seafront.

• Accessible toilets are available throughout the site.

• The Ocean Display in the auditorium has restricted access but can also be viewed from the accessible Ocean Tunnel.

• Visitors with disabilities pay the standard admission fee.

• One accompanying carer can enter free of charge.

Additional information

• Tickets allow entry to SEA LIFE Brighton at a selected 15-minute time slot. Once inside, you can explore at your own pace.

• Each ticket includes one SEA LIFE virtual reality experience and a choice of either a guidebook or a mission pack.

• Family tickets cover up to 2 adults aged 16 or over per ticket.

• Student tickets are valid Monday to Friday during off-peak periods and require a valid student ID.

• Tickets can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your planned visit.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
