The church is very beautiful, as is the hourly light show. The audio guide is really interesting for anyone interested in learning about the history of the church and St. Nicholas.

Fast entry and an extraordinary visit! In one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen, especially featuring an enchanting projection of lights and videos on the frescoes!

This experience was nothing like I expected. It's beautiful inside the cathedral and didn't need the lights but watching the light spectacle was breathtaking. It all left you questioning the story behind it and the meaning. Unforgettable experience, nothing I have seen before, anywhere!

This is the first time I’ve experienced an immersive light and video display. I was a bit unsure at first, but then I really enjoyed it. The way different areas were lit up effectively told the story of the decorations, and you also have time to explore them in natural light with the help of an audio guide. I highly recommend this tour!!

The single-naved church of San Nicolas is located in a passageway and is a striking sight

While the vaulting is originally Gothic, the ceiling is painted in baroque style

The altarpiece features stories of San Nicolás and San Pedro Mártir

At the back of the church is a crucifixion scene, a Gothic altarpiece by Rodrigo de Osona

Explore all this and more at your own pace with an audio guide for company (available in Spanish, English, Valencian, Italian and French)

A very beautiful church with very detailed and accurate explanations. The light show at the end of the tour was also wonderful. It's definitely worth a visit.

No trip to Valencia is complete without visiting the city's own 'Sistine Chapel,' the San Nicolas Church! Located in the heart of Valencia, the church has opened to the public only recently, despite being one of the oldest churches in the city. Simply pick up your audio guide at the entrance (it is available in English, German, and Italian) and go exploring this stunning building. Funded over 700 years ago, the church was formerly a Gothic temple that, in the course of the centuries, came to own the amazing facade that it has today. By the end of the 17th century, its inside walls were bedecked with beautiful paintings that were completely covered by an opulent Baroque style! With the help of the Fundación Hortensia Herrero Maecenas, over 2000 square meters of these lovely paintings were restored. Spend your time here exploring all this and more, at your own pace.
