FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Easy access into the park. Amazing to see many of the different animals. It's a shame feeding times were so late in the day. If we'd have known this we might have adjusted when we were attending so we could have seen the animals more animated. Many were asleep in corners so we couldn't see them like the lions etc. we did go in the height of summer though and it was very hot. My highlight was seeing the mother elephant playing and swimming with her babies. park was big and most of the animals had lots of space. Someone gave my son a really informative talk on monkeys and apes using their skulls and photos which he loved. It was quite upsetting to see the gorillas however. They looked so sad and fed up. A couple were resting near the glass to keep out of the sun and people were banging on the glass to get their attention and they would just stare. They seem too intelligent to be in captivity. Another downside was having to exit through the gift shop. It caused lots of tears and lead me caving into spending another €80 on 2 soft toys... overall I would recommend for a good day out.AAlessia B
SoloVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The park is very well organized and easy to navigate. The only downside (through no fault of the park) is that we went during a very hot time in the summer, and the animals were all resting in the shade. I recommend visiting during cooler weather. Water dispensers are plentiful, which is a plus for the summer. This is my second visit to the Oceanogràfic, and each time it’s a truly unique experience—a well-organized and cool place. The dolphin shows are always scheduled at convenient times. Overall, a fantastic and satisfying experience.JJosé J
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The setting is very beautiful, with lots of plants and trees where you can often find some shade. The animals are amazing—there are only a few of each species, but I think that’s normal since the area isn’t huge. The only downside is that many of the restaurants were closed, and I don’t think it was just because it was August. I think it’s a place worth visiting—I’d say the best time to go is March or April.BBlanquet P
GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The biopark is very shady, which is a plus when it gets really hot in August; you get to be up close to the animals, which is a really enjoyable experience. The Oceanographic Museum is beautiful; the most impressive parts are the tunnel under the shark tank and the multitude of jellyfish—it’s truly stunning. I recommend both.WWiktor M
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5I loved a lot the dolphins show where the teachers of the animals were showing us the skills of dolphins. I was truly amazed by what they can do and How can the animals learn to react to the commands and make such unforgetable show
