Overall, the experience was positive, and I want to specifically highlight that our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They did a fantastic job, and the following feedback is strictly regarding the technical side of the visit. * Audio Guide Login: The code on our voucher did not work for the audiovisual guide. We eventually discovered we had to use a Tiqets email address rather than our own personal info to gain access. * Connectivity Tip: We noticed the Wi-Fi at the Basilica is frequently overwhelmed. For future travelers, it’s worth noting that reception is strongest near the entrance; the signal degrades significantly once you move toward the pews. *Sagrada no longer offers the portable audio device like Casa Botlló. On a lighter note, the guides did a great job explaining the symbolism in the sculptures—specifically how the inclusion of the dog represents a show of loyalty, and pointing out the detail of Gaudi’s own face, which was included as a tribute by the sculptors to honor him after his death. Lastly, I wanted to mention that the restaurant recommendation we received didn't quite hit the mark. We noticed several other patrons from the tour expressed similar sentiments, so it might be worth re-evaluating that specific spot for future groups. We really enjoyed the insights from the guides, but we hope these technical and logistical points can be smoothed out for future tours.

A wonderful guided tour of Park Güell and the Sagrada Família. We had to choose an English-language tour because none were available in our native language. The English was very easy to understand, though. The guide was very considerate of the needs of participants with limited mobility. We learned some very interesting facts about the sites. My absolute favorite spots: the interior of the Sagrada Família and Park Güell with its view of Barcelona.

The guides were excellent and went out of their way to help. However, right from the start of the tour, there was a sense of disorganization: some people who had made reservations weren’t on the schedule, and we were put on the English-language tour even though we had requested Spanish. Aside from those hiccups, the guides were highly recommended—both Francesco at the Sagrada Familia and Anna at Park Güell.

Strict dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered; tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, short skirts, exposed backs or bellies, see-through clothing, flip-flops, bare feet, swimwear, festive attire, or clothing with designs that draw attention for religious or promotional purposes are not allowed.

Hats and caps are not allowed inside except for religious, spiritual, or health reasons.

Photographic, sound, and/or video recording equipment is not allowed unless authorized in advance and in writing by the Press Department.

Large bags, rucksacks, luggage, and personal items will be subject to review at the access control.

For visitors with mobility problems, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).

The tourist coach car park has three places for people with reduced mobility.

Park Güell

During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.

Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.

Children under 6 can enter for free; they just need free tickets. For a seamless entry, book their free tickets during checkout.

Sagrada Familia

You can only enter the basilica at your booked time or up to 15 minutes afterward; the basilica does not accommodate late arrivals. Be sure to get there early, just to be safe.

Fast-track entry skips the ticket line, not security. All visitors must pass a mandatory security check, so brief waits may still occur—especially during peak hours. For a smoother experience, aim for early mornings or weekday visits.

Entry is only permitted with your guide. Check the meeting point details carefully on your ticket voucher.

Access to the towers at Sagrada Familia is not included.
