• The meeting point for this experience is Siam Paragon, Gate 1, Ground Floor, effective Feb 24, 2026. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time.

• Pick-up time is at 8am for private transfers, and the driver can wait for only 30 minutes at the pick-up point.

• You can purchase entry tickets to the Giraffe Terrace for 200THB on-site; it is inclusive of one bucket of giraffe feed.

• Private transfers include 1 child seat for free, upon request. Additional child seats are chargeable.
