The Royal Palace was truly amazing! I entered without any problems and even skipped the line. Before entering, I watched the changing of the guards — it was very impressive, especially the beautiful horses. 🐎 Every room in the palace was wonderful, from the magnificent ceilings to all the beautiful details and furnishings. I also really appreciated the benches along the corridors, where you can sit down and take a little rest while exploring. After leaving the palace, there was a picturesque view of the cathedral — such a beautiful way to finish the visit.

The works in the palace need no comment: they are extraordinary. What I would like to highlight is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I walk with a cane due to hip problems, I am 76 years old, and I found all the help I needed. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Superb place, and we were not disappointed with the tours of the armory and the Royal Palace. Fortunately, once there, we were able to get an audio guide for five euros per person, because the app led us to believe it was included for free with the ticket purchase, when that was absolutely not the case! Watch out, because the website is highly misleading. This is very frustrating after the fact. The skip-the-line ticket didn't really help us (since there weren't many people when we arrived) and I'm not sure we would have been able to skip the line if it had been longer...

Absolutely incredible experience, especially for anyone who loves Spanish royal history. The Royal Collection, crowns, jewelry, letters and stunning rooms were fascinating. Buying the ticket in advance also made entry super easy, with no waiting in line. The only downside was that some areas felt quite crowded with large tour groups, but overall it was an unforgettable visit.
