Organised, great ferry, comfortable with all facilities. But can I please suggest that the safety video be louder in volume and also the videos showing how to use life jackets and hand rails in boat show ppl using them in and on the boat - for people with disabilities who use visuals to understand this can be confusing with someone jumping off a rock rather than a boat with a life jacket on?

We had a super day on Rottnest Island - in the end declining the bikes and doing the 'hop on/hop off' bus instead. It was gorgeous weather and we did some walking between bus stops and completed the circuit of the whole island. Also spent time on one of the fabulous beaches and enjoyed a picnic. And we met the quokkas....

Great organisation of the trip, very cool experience at the island! Quokkas super nice and friendly. We managed to find sea lions, we rode through the whole island and did a bit of snorkeling!

Very smooth company to book. Bike hire, check in, boat journeys were smooth. Only disadvantage was there was no basket to the bike, and I ended up cycling with a heavy backpack for the day as it was too big for the rear bike carrier. Also, it was a shame that the water holders were not expandable as we also had to carry them.

We had the most amazing day on Rottnest. We hired bikes and rode around the island to all the best beach and snorkelling spots. The staff on the tour were all super friendly and helpful sorting out our bike hire. Would highly recommend and use this tour again! It made for easy booking and planning and we had such an incredible day! Thank you!

I used the QR code to scan and get my ticket super quickly. Although they couldn’t find my bike rental reservation on the island, I showed them the information, and they just gave me a backup bike. Really appreciate.
