Il n'était pas mentionné que la visite guidée n'était pas incluse. Il n'était pas mentionné que l'audio guide n'était pas inclus. Il n'était pas mentionné que le repas n'était pas inclus. Seulement 2 heures sur place. Je n'ai pas rencontré d'agent à l'intérieur du parc.

Excelente transporte, un 10 al chófer que fue a una excelente velocidad y atento a la carretera. Excelente guía, Katy. Muy amable y pendiente del grupo. El único inconveniente, el área de servicio donde paran a "tomar un refrigerio", cobra 3€por el capuccino, cuando yo sé, que en barra, no me puede cobrar más de 2€. Y los paninis, carísimos. Poco tiempo en las ruinas de pompeya por ir a un mirador en Nápoles que no venía a cuento. Si quiero ver Nápoles, viajo a Nápoles, yo quería el mayor número de horas en pompeya. Pero estuvo bien y seguro el transporte en bus. Se agradece debido a como conducen normalmente en Italia.

Everything is well thought out, the meeting point is clear, the guide was very kind (and spoke good French), the quick bus tour of Napples is well worth the detour, and afterwards you can choose to stay with the group or discover Pompei on your own. Top bus driver We loved this experience

Comfortable volvo bus with usb, Very professional quide, with very good sense of humour, talking the all way and back. Bad that we stopped 2 times at the same pit stop where snacks price is 2-3x. Check all places around for food on google maps.

Our group leader, Gabriele, was exceptional, very attentive and friendly. He also made several interesting comments throughout the tour. The tour bus was comfortable, and we also enjoyed the panoramic tour of Naples. I recommend this tour.
