A very interesting excursion. Headout's service was very reliable, and everything matched the description of what we had booked. In Naples, the staff was very friendly and attentive to accommodating our requests as much as possible. Perhaps the only downside is the train from Naples to Pompeii. It was extremely crowded and lacked ventilation, which made for a grueling ride. Maybe having a bus option would have been preferable, but it wasn't offered for our tour.

Showed our smartphone tickets at Rome Termini and boarded without any hassle. Upon arrival, our guide met us promptly. Listening to the history through the provided headsets made hearing the guide super easy, even in crowded areas.
