CoupleVerified bookingLast week4/5I liked skipping the line to get into the museum and the museums themselves are amazing. However, we did have to wait about 35 40 mins at the meet up spot ( we did get there about 25 min early). They say to be there 15 min before but it's hard to time it exactly. It was hot and crowded outside and they call you names alphabetically ( we are W). Then you follow a guide who moves pretty quickly with a large crowd following so we almost lost her. There's no regard as in a regular line as to who's been there first and waiting longer. I'm sure it was still a good bit shorter wait than without the skip the line tickets. It was helpful for getting through security because she told us exactly what to do. Once inside you are on your own. The first couple sculpture rooms are not crowded but once you get moving in the direction of the Sistine Chapel, it is very congested and there is no place to sit down or rest for those who need to. We were fine, but I saw some others who seemed to be struggling. Be prepared for a very long wait to actually get to the chapel. That's not a complaint, just a fact to be aware of. It was worth it, but it's helpful to be aware that the weight is very long once you're in. We were still glad we went and that we did the skip the line. It is amazing!SSandra M
GroupVerified bookingLast week5/5Very efficient went for 8.15 spot for the vatican. got to the meeting point earlier. Did get into the Vatican quite quickly and as I had forgotten any form of ID the lady getting us in managed to get me our tickets. I did think it was a bit expensive €75 each as getting tickets direct was £25 each. But skip the line was a big bonus after seeing the queues even at 8.15 in the morning.DDeborah F
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Vatican Museum and being able to skip the very long queues was a real bonus (they were miles long!). The museum was interesting, with plenty of explanations and information around the topics. The gardens were also beautiful. Recommend that you visit earlier rather than later to best the crowds and the heat.RRosa I
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The guide was very attentive and explained everything to us before leaving us at the entrance. We started with the Gregorian Museum, walking slowly and taking everything in. When we realized how much time had passed, we told ourselves we had to hurry because we wouldn't manage to see it all... We spent 7 hours there and still didn't get to see everything!! It's worth going back 2 or 3 times...TTal J
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Skipping the regular queue with our ticket was an absolute lifesaver. We saw hundreds of people waiting outside in the heat, and walking straight in through the dedicated entrance was such a relief. We got into the museums in just a few minutes, which left us more time to fully enjoy the amazing art and the Sistine Chapel.
