Confirmation email with all the necessary information for picking up the voucher, which is available at a location right in front of the Vatican Museum entrance. Upon arrival, I immediately received my printed ticket—without having to wait in line—and was escorted by a staff member to the security checkpoint inside the museum! Visiting Vatican City was an unforgettable experience. Even if you're not particularly religious, the history, art, and architecture are simply breathtaking. We walked around every part of the museum. The little plaques with the information were very helpful. We loved the busts of Roman emperors. The museum with the maps was fabulous and the ceiling was astounding. Thankful for the small chairs and benches that provided a place to rest and to sit and see every little detail of the paintings and masterpieces.

The process was straightforward. A guide took us to the entrance, and after that we were able to explore everything on our own. However, it was extremely crowded. We were rushed through the Sistine Chapel itself in just a few minutes. That’s not the organizer’s fault, though. Overall, it was a very impressive experience.
