The tour was great. We had previously been to the Paris catacombs so thought we had an idea of what we were going to see. It was so different and amazing at how old and vast the catacombs were. The kids also found it fascinating. We would have liked to spend a little more time underground but we were really happy with the tour. We learnt a lot!

We visited the Catacombs of St Callixtus, which total 20kms of tunnels on 4 levels. It was an amazing experience and very atmospheric. The bus driver was so much more than that. His knowledge of Rome was exemplary and he took us on a route that included seeing other sights of Rome, outside of the city itself, including the old city walls. The guide for the Catacombs was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting. All in all a great tour

Unfortunately, there were no tickets left, so I had to resort to this option. Everything worked out and the staff was friendly, just at twice the price. The audio guide was mediocre.

Luis was an exceptional guide. He explained everything in great detail, in a clear, engaging, and very interesting way. You could tell he had a wealth of knowledge about the Catacombs of St. Callixtus and, above all, that he enjoyed sharing it with the group. His motivation, enthusiasm, and storytelling made the tour much more entertaining and special. He was approachable, friendly, and very attentive. Without a doubt, one of the best guides we've ever had and a key reason why we enjoyed the tour so much. Highly recommended!

First of all, the driver. Alexander (not sure if I spelt his name correctly). He is a hidden gem on his own! The mini tour before the actual tour was amazing. You can tell he loves his job and is very knowlegable! Tour was great, sadly couldn't take any photos but the experience itself is worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome!
