At first there were some issues, because the pass couldn't be added to the platform. Due to generous help, I was able to successfully add it and I could travel. And the journey is wonderful. I will definitely travel again to another country with trains.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult oferta Eurail, care îmi dă senzația că pot călători cu trenul dincolo de granițele Europei, la un preț rezonabil!
Pe de altă parte, mi se pare dificil să fac rezervări de locuri în trenurile de mare viteză. Oferta ar trebui să fie mai flexibilă.

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)

Serviciu excelent și bine organizat. Controlorul de bilete a fost foarte amabil și mi-a răspuns la toate întrebările cu promptitudine.
Am reușit să ajung la aeroport fără nicio problemă și la timp pentru zborul meu, în aproximativ 10 minute de la Gara Centrală din Napoli. Îl recomand cu căldură!
