Excelente visita! Tudo muito organizado e explicado. Dicas a quem vai pela principais vez. Separe o dia para essa visita pois embora seja magnifica é bem cansativa e use roupas confortáveis.

Salire sulla Cupola di San Pietro è stata un’esperienza incredibile: i gradini sembrano non finire mai, ma ogni passo regala emozioni e scorci spettacolari. La salita è faticosa, soprattutto nei tratti più stretti e ripidi, ma arrivare in cima ripaga ogni sforzo: Roma dall’alto è semplicemente mozzafiato. Anche l’interno della cupola è impressionante, con mosaici, dettagli architettonici e una vista sempre più suggestiva man mano che si sale verso la vetta. Un’esperienza da provare almeno una volta: preparatevi a tanti gradini, un po’ di fiatone e una vista che difficilmente dimenticherete!

Purchased ticket online at 15:15 went straight in at 16:00 at time scheduled..great stuff. Simple and quick will definitely use again.

Ich habe über headout in letzter Minute noch ein Ticket erhalten für das Forum Romanum, das an diesem Tag bereits ausverkauft gewesen ist. Die Abwicklung ging einfach und das Ticket war 30 Minuten später auf meinem Handy.

We booked our tickets for the Borghese Gallery through Headout and the whole process was an absolute breeze. We were a couple of travelers from Greece visiting Rome for a few days, and we really didn't want to deal with long queues or scrambling for last-minute tickets (which are usually sold out anyway). The app was a lifesaver—we just showed the barcode on our phones at the entrance and walked right in. As for the gallery itself, words can't even describe it. It's honestly the most beautiful and well-curated museum we saw during our entire trip to Italy. What completely blew our minds were the sculptures by Bernini. Masterpieces like 'Apollo and Daphne' and 'The Rape of Proserpina' are so incredibly detailed that the marble literally looks like real, soft skin. Of course, being from Greece, we couldn't help but notice and be totally amazed by all the ancient Greek elements and mythology that dominate so many of the pieces, both in the sculptures and the stunning ceiling frescoes. It gave us a really nice sense of familiarity walking through those rooms. The organization inside the gallery was spot on, too. It wasn't overly crowded at all because of the strict two-hour time slots, which meant we could actually take our time and enjoy the art in peace. I highly recommend it—both visiting this amazing place and using the Headout platform, which worked like a charm!

Martedì 4 agosto. Prenotato ed acquistati due biglietti per palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo. Arrivati, con sorpresa abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso in quanto il Santo Padre ha deciso di rimanere in giorno in più a castel Gandolfo. Ufficialmente sul sito dava come aperto e visitabile. La gendarmeria ha invitato a chiamare telefonicamente assistenza musei vaticani. I quali si sono dichiarati non di competenza in quanto biglietti erano acquistati con carta credito in precedenza con Headout. Sul vostro sito purtroppo non compare nessun telefono per informazioni ed assistenza. Dopo mie tre mail di richiesta rimborso, ed altrettante ( solo in inglese...) in cui si scusavano dell'inconveniente, e che si stavano infornando del motivo della chiusura, in data 16 é arrivato il rimborso completi sulla carta. A parte la mancata visita a, palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo ( sarà per la prossima vacanza a, Roma) che non dipendeva da Headout, tutto molto corretto e professionale . ... Grazie.
