Servizio impeccabile! Ho prenotato questa visita circa 3 settimane fa e fino all'ultimo non ero sicuro di aver fatto tutto correttamente (purtroppo sappiamo tutti le fregature che circolano). Invece mi sono trovato benissimo: all'arrivo nel punto designato ho ricevuto i biglietti, sono entrato subito e l'audioguida inclusa ha reso la visita unica. Posso solo ringraziarvi e farvi i miei complimenti! Continuate così!!

It was an amazing experience. Totally worth the extra money to walk right past the long, long lines and get in within a few minutes. We took the shortcut to the Sistine Chapel and it was amazing and also less crowded. We then backtracked and saw the rest of the museum.

Même si l'entré était gratuit, mais avec audio-guide cela avait plus de plaisir pour moi, beaucoup de renseignements utiles, les 5€ ne sont pas perdu

Bogdan is a great guide, he made all the experience easy to keep up, interesting and funny. we liked his way to keep us together, in a good pace even for the elders, always giving history hints and knowledge with humour! Vatican museum and Cappella Sistina stand at their height of expectations for anyone who have never visited them, but better do this with guide if it's your first time visiting. We didn't had the chance to visit the basilica since it was Wednesday and every Wednesday there is a pop auditorium. Although we just visited the basilica next day on our own, no ticket needed just some queue waiting. Better try it late in the afternoon and before 19.00 nothing to complain about, except the really crowded and touristic vibe you bump on allover the city, but this is inevitable.

This was advertised as a "skip the line" tour, that is false. We waited in a very long line but it wasn't terribly bad. We also had a little trouble finding our contact. He had to give us the information so we could listen on the self guided tour. Not sure why they instructed me to download the Dex App if we were using something else. Anyhow, the information we listed too was interesting and the structure was pretty cool.

Going into the Pantheon after hours via the Winter Chapel was a privilege and, as a small group, the audio guide was so much more personal and relaxed. The concert was very enjoyable and the acoustics were exceptional.

io e la mia ragazza abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario per un anno a castel gandolfo e la visita nel palazzo papale è stata veramente speciale qualcosa di unico. Il panorama che c'è nei giardini è una delle più belle meraviglie mai viste.

Martedì 4 agosto. Prenotato ed acquistati due biglietti per palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo. Arrivati, con sorpresa abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso in quanto il Santo Padre ha deciso di rimanere in giorno in più a castel Gandolfo. Ufficialmente sul sito dava come aperto e visitabile. La gendarmeria ha invitato a chiamare telefonicamente assistenza musei vaticani. I quali si sono dichiarati non di competenza in quanto biglietti erano acquistati con carta credito in precedenza con Headout. Sul vostro sito purtroppo non compare nessun telefono per informazioni ed assistenza. Dopo mie tre mail di richiesta rimborso, ed altrettante ( solo in inglese...) in cui si scusavano dell'inconveniente, e che si stavano infornando del motivo della chiusura, in data 16 é arrivato il rimborso completi sulla carta. A parte la mancata visita a, palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo ( sarà per la prossima vacanza a, Roma) che non dipendeva da Headout, tutto molto corretto e professionale . ...
